Changes to your order

If you need to change an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, work on your piece may already have begun, and any changes may incur a fee.

What we cover

We guarantee each piece against defects in material and workmanship under normal wear. This includes manufacturing faults, damage in transit, and any discrepancy between the piece you receive and its stated specifications.

Returns and exchanges

A piece may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unworn and arrives in its original condition and packaging. Once we have received and inspected it, we will arrange your exchange or refund.

Repairs

Should a piece develop a fault covered by this guarantee, return it to us and we will repair it. We aim to complete repairs within approximately three weeks of receiving the piece, plus shipping time, and will keep you informed throughout.

What this guarantee does not cover

This guarantee does not extend to damage from misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration of the piece. Fine jewellery asks for a little care — worn thoughtfully and stored well, it is made to last.

Important information

  • All exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Postage on a replacement piece may incur an additional charge.
  • Sale pieces are final — they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please return each piece exactly as it reached you: unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Every piece must be returned in its own box or pouch, undamaged. These are made as part of the piece, not as wrapping.
  • Unless a piece is faulty, damaged, or not what your order specified, the cost of return postage is yours to cover.
  • Where a piece is faulty or incorrect, we will refund your return postage in full.
