Each piece is packed by hand in Perth and sent tracked. Small orders, checked individually, rather than pulled from a warehouse.

Australia

Standard shipping — complimentary. Tracked, with delivery generally within three to seven business days depending on your state.

Express shipping — $15 AUD. Tracked, generally one to three business days.

New Zealand

Express shipping — $18 AUD. Tracked, generally three to seven business days.

Rest of the world

Express shipping — $28 AUD. Tracked, generally seven to fourteen business days depending on destination and customs.

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, and much of Asia and the Middle East. If your country does not appear at checkout, write to us and we will see what can be arranged.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Because Marosi is made in small batches and run alongside other work, orders placed over a weekend are sent on the following business day. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Duties and taxes

Australian prices include GST. For international orders, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local authority on arrival.

Packaging

Every piece arrives in Marosi packaging, ready to be given or kept. If your order is a gift, tell us at checkout and we will leave the invoice out.

If something goes wrong

Parcels are tracked and insured in transit. If yours is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, write to us and we will resolve it. See also our Returns and Exchanges page.
